The Blue Flow Initiative is JCI Roxas Halaran's area-wide campaign for UN SDG 6: Clean Water and Sanitation (CWAS). The chapter calls it a "digital flagship" and a blueprint for JCI Philippines Area 4. Its line is "Clean Water for Every Filipino."

The launch

The chapter launched it virtually on June 24, 2026, at 6:00 PM, live on its Facebook page. It invited Jaycees across the JCI Philippines Visayas Area to take part. The launch was built as an interactive commitment hub:

  1. Viewers scanned a QR code or opened the official tracker.
  2. They logged a commitment and became certified Water Guardians.
  3. A live dashboard updated in real time during the broadcast.

Half the program was "Helldive for Hydration", a live gaming session. While viewers signed up, members played Helldivers 2. The chapter used the game to show how hard the real fight for clean water and sanitation is. As an all-male chapter, it also wanted to show that gaming with the brotherhood supports mental health, since June is Men's Mental Health Month.

Blue Flow on the ground

The campaign also runs offline. Blue Flow QR codes were printed on water bottles at the HalaRUN for Juan run on June 14. CWAS QR stickers went on the bottles at Lumba-anay sa Baybay on June 23. The chapter describes Blue Flow as a monthly initiative.

The chapter's clean water work goes back to the WaSH ME WHIP launch in 2024. At the October 2026 JCI Philippines National Convention, the chapter received a CWAS Implementation Award.
