In June 2025, JCI Roxas Halaran celebrated Father's Day with two programs at the 2nd Level Event Area of SM City Roxas. Both were part of the chapter's Project Man Up.
Kuwentong Tatay
Kuwentong Tatay: Championing Fatherhood and Men's Mental Health honored the stories of fathers who are role models for their families and communities. The announcement promised awards for exceptional fathers, a talk on Men's Mental Health Awareness and live performances in tribute to fathers. It was announced for June 12, 2025, the same day the chapter joined SM City Roxas' Independence Day celebration.
Before the event, the chapter ran a "Comment and Win" post asking people to share how their dad made a difference. Selected stories could be featured and receive an award.
Talentadong Tatay
On June 15, 2025, Talentadong Tatay gave the stage to fathers, married or solo, who could sing, dance, act or show any other talent. Group acts were welcome as long as the main performers were fathers. Prizes went up to PHP 5,000. Treasurer Joshua Kenneth Anas promoted the competition on iFM Roxas.
The chapter's recap called it a day "filled with tears and laughter, applause and inspiration". Fathers showed they are leaders at home and also on stage, and told the stories of love, sacrifice and strength behind being a father.
What followed
