HALAD AUDIO LAB is JCI Roxas Halaran's open-source digital audio library. The chapter built it so project reels would stop getting muted or suppressed over copyright, and so its campaigns would have their own sound. It is free for members and sister chapters to download and use. It opened to the public in mid-2026 on SoundCloud.

What's in it

The core is a 13-track master album: "6-2", "Back to the Beat (Vamos WestVi)", "Black Sand Kings", "Communio", "Fellowship", "Gentleman's Guide", "Hapag ng Daigdig - 111", "Jaycees", "Kawi Talks", "Let them Speak", "Locals be fly (extended)", "Man Up" and "The Chaser".

Four thematic EPs are built for the chapter's advocacies:

  • Altavas Sessions: bossa nova for environmental and marine awareness, including a track for The Tree Huggers Movement
  • No Subtitles: made with IPBC through the lens of sign-language communication, used for the IPBC T10 league
  • Who Won? / Juan: tracks paced for runners, including the HalaRUN for Juan anthem
  • YLEA Capiz: youth leadership anthems built on the 2026 YLEA theme, "Batang Lider"

Recognition

At the Temiong Awards Night of the JCI Philippines National Convention in Zamboanga, October 2026, the project won the Sinagtala Award (1st Runner-Up) for Best Digital Marketing Campaign. The entry was "HALAD AUDIO LAB: A Unified Digital Audio Toolkit and Multi-EP Campaign." The chapter thanked the partners whose projects inspired the tracks, including JCI Regatta - Iloilo, Run Capiz, IPBC, Metro Roxas Water District, Tuyo de Capiz Main and the Capiz Provincial Health Office.

Volume 2 has begun with the single "CHIL-SHIP-GU (79)".
